• Attic Insulation is €300
• Cavity Wall Insulation is €300
• Building Energy Rating €50
• Dry Lining Internal Insulation Mid Terrace €1,200, Semi Detached or End of Terrace €1,800, Detached €2,400
• External Insulation Mid Terrace €2,250, Semi Detached or End of Terrace €3,400, Detached €4,500

We are grant approved contractors for the SEAI Better Energy Homes scheme this scheme covers all homes in the republic of ireland built pre 2006 are entitled to grant funding for insulation improvements to their homes grants range from €50.00 upwards. We would be more than happy to guide any homeowner through the grant application process.
